Ustadha Hina Khan-Mukhtar is an educator, writer, and speaker whose work focuses on marriage, parenting, family life, and nurturing faith in children. She is a co-founder of ILM Tree, a homeschooling cooperative in Lafayette, California, and has taught Language Arts to elementary, middle, and high school students.
She has contributed to The Muslim Observer and SeekersGuidance, sharing practical guidance on raising children and building spiritually grounded homes. She is also involved in interfaith dialogue and is known for her warm, relatable presentations that connect Islamic values with the everyday experiences of Muslim families.
A well-known community leader and a long-time resident of the greater Sacramento area. He has been an integral part of our community’s history for many years, and he is a passionate supporter of our mission to build a lasting legacy.
